This was unlike any other art class I have ever gone to. I have gone to process painting classes before, but those were just about the visual. You led us in the visual, and took it deeper to processing what was going on in our bodies and in our nervous systems, so it an embodied soul painting creative journey experience. It expanded my way of looking at creativity, including the body, bringing in the metaphor of painting, breaking limiting beliefs through the creative portal.
