About refunds: Due to the nature of our events and the pre-planning involved, refunds are not granted. If you are unable to take the course after enrolling, you may request a credit on your account for the total amount paid minus a 20% administrative fee. The credit is good for up to two years from your enrollment date and will be applied to future programs. It does not apply to existing balances you may owe for other courses/events.
